From the Pastor…
- Parish Council meets Monday, January 15th at 7:00PM in the School Conference Room. Fundraising Committee will meet after the Parish Council meeting Monday January 15th at about 8:00PM. Please attend so we can solidify the St Patrick’s Day Dance.
- New Rectory Office Schedule: A Parish secretary will be available from 9:00AM to 1:00PM and again from 4:00PM to 7:00PM daily Monday to Friday. Mass intentions and Food Certificates will be available during these hours as well as most other Rectory services.
- Office Volunteers: Since we have a regular secretary from 4:00 PM to 7:00PM we no longer needed the evening volunteers. However, we would like to staff the afternoon hours from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM with volunteers. Chief task: to answer phone and door, route the phone in-coming calls to the appropriate staff member, Take messages when necessary. If anyone is interested in volunteering, please contact The Rectory (610) 797-9733.
- TV Raffle: Tickets are still available for the for the 55” LCD TV that will be raffled on Sunday, January 21st after the 11:30 AM Mass. Remember, if you live within a 15 mile radius of the parish, the TV will be delivered and set up with plenty of time for your Super Bowl party the following week. Tickets are $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00.
- Christian Unity Sunday sponsored by the Lehigh County Council of Churches will be held at Dubbs UCC on Sunday, January 28th at 3:00PM. We will not have a unity service at St Paul’s this year.

Our Bible Study Groups meet in the Rectory Basement Tuesdays at 9:30 AM and Wednesday at 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM. The Tuesday group is studying St Paul’s letters. The Wednesday groups are studying the Gospel of Matthew. If interested, call Larry at 610-797-9733 ext24. Join anytime!
Respect Life
On Monday, January 22nd, our Parish will participate in the 34th Annual March for Life in Washington, DC, Some will stay at home and pray more extensively. Others will fast. Others will participate by making sacrifices according to their means. All come for the protection of the unborn. Prayer cards for the unborn will be available in all the exits of the Church, on Sunday January 21st. The theme for this year’s March for Life is: “Thou Shalt Protect the Equal Right to Life of Each Innocent Human in Existence @ Fertilization. No Exceptions! No Compromise!” Saint Paul’s Friends for “Life”.
